Have you ever had a long list of things to do - and not brought yourself to do them over 6mo?

You have too many things in that list.
So you procrastinate.
Instead, you do 30s and then 4:1s on each.
You allocate 30s to scroll through the list, and assess which one you want to start with.
Then allocate 4 hours of undivided attention on that single item.
Repeat with each.
Commit to it for a week.
